Southgate, a mixed-use development off of Poplin Road, will include:

  • 231 single-family lots
  • 17 acres for multi-family homes
  • 22.27 acres of commercial space
  • 2 acres of institutional space for an Emergency Response Facility

The Southgate community is designed to be walkable and is connected by trails, sidewalks and a village green. Proposed amenities include a pool, cabana and tennis court, as well as a walking path connecting to Poplin Elementary School.
