Amusement Permit

  1. Permit and Insurance Certificate MUST be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

  2. $20 Half Day or $40 Full Day

  3. Renter must show proof of at least $1 million liability insurance. The Town of Indian Trail must be shown as an additional insured. Cancellation must be made within 30 days. This permit may be cancelled at anytime by the Director of Park and Recreation (or the designee) if activity is found not to be in the best interest of The Department of Parks & Recreation.
