BID DUE DATE & TIME:               Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.

Project Scope:
This contract is for stormwater maintenance work within the Town of Indian Trail, N.C. Work will primarily take place along South Fork of Crooked Creek and the Taylor Glenn and Holly Park neighborhood. Work will include but is not limited to the cleaning of catch basins, drop inlets, flared end section, pipe cleaning, sediment removal and channel maintenance.

The Contractor shall be prepared to work and have the resources (manpower, supervision, and equipment) necessary to complete the assigned Project. As an incentive to the Contractor for productivity and workmanship, the Town may renew this contract up to three (3) times.

One copy of the Contract Documents will be available for reference at the Town of Indian Trail Public Works Department, 315 Matthews Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021, in the Large Community Room at 315 Matthews Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.  

Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Public Works Department at 315 Matthews Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021. 

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. An MBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract.
