This project consists of regrading and restabilizing existing roadway drainage ditches on First Avenue in Indian Trail. It also consists of replacing existing residential driveway pipes with new culverts/pipes on certain properties in the neighborhood.
Also included is the replacement of the existing water main on one side of the street and full-depth reclamation of the roadway.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, in the Town of Indian Trail at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Indian Trail Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7th, 2021.
Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An MBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract.
