A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at May 31, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Town of Indian Trail at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 am.
Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023 where the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Civic Chamber. The Project Manual, in its entirety, shall be submitted for bid consideration.
Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An DBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract.
