SCOPE OF WORK: This Contract consists of constructing a new phase to our existing park facility located along south of Chestnut Square Lane.  This work will include constructing a parking lot, on-street parking stalls, relocation of an existing stormwater controlled wet pond, a boardwalk, and pedestrian paths.

The Questions Submittal Deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2023.   All questions will be answered through emails by Town staff and ultimately will be a part of the final addendum. 

Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, where the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Shirly Howe Conference Room. The Project Manual, in its entirety, shall be submitted for bid consideration. 

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid.  An MBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract.
