Overview

The Indian Trail Planning Board determines whether specific proposed developments conform to the principles and requirements of the Town's official Comprehensive Plan, Unified Development Ordinance, and several other planning documents.  The sole duty of the Planning Board is to make recommendations to the Indian Trail Town Council. 

This Board assembles at least one time a month, usually on the third Tuesday.  All meetings are open to the public, and will be advertised as such

Membership and Terms

The Planning Board consists of seven regular members, and three alternate members.  Both are appointed for terms designated by the Town Council.  All members must be residents within the Town.
