GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Union County Sheriff's Office 2008 Golf Tournament is being held at the Eagle Chase Golf Course on Saturday, September 20, 2008 with a 'shotgun' start at 1:00 PM. The Eagle Chase Golf Course is located off Highway 205 north of Marshville. Proceeds from this event are used to benefit the Sheriff's Youth Programs which support several of our projects such as D.A.R.E. Camp, Buffalo Soldiers, Sheriff's Explorer's and a variety of other community outreach youth programs.

This tournament is supported by the participation of golfers and golf teams, as well as sponsorships. The cost to participate is $75.00 per player, or $300.00 per team, which includes course play, range balls, golf cart, a catered lunch and awards. The cost of a golf hole sponsorship is $100.00 which will be recognized with a tee box sign or flag with the sponsor's and/or company name. The donation of giveaway items valued at $50.00 or higher may also be contributed to be raffled the day of the tournament. We had several players last year that won raffle prizes ranging from gift cards to golf equipment and free rounds of golf, Panthers and Bobcats tickets, and autographed sports items.

A registration form for players/teams and sponsorships is attached. Forms may be completed with your check made payable to ' Union County Crime Prevention ' and returned to:
