The Indian Trail Town Council has officially named Patrick Sadek to the position of Town Manager, effective immediately.
Sadek, who has served as the Town’s interim manager since the spring, had the interim tag removed at the Tuesday, Nov. 14, Town Council meeting. Council members pointed to Sadek’s success in bringing the new Town Hall project to a close, as well as his efforts to revitalize Downtown Indian Trail, focus on area infrastructure and improve relationships with local, regional and state leaders, as some of their reasons for selecting him.
“Indian Trail is very fortunate to have Patrick as the town manager – not only due to his past experience and successes as an engineer but also because he is such a well-rounded manager who has cultivated so many great relationships in our region,” Indian Trail Councilman Gary Evans said. “I just think we’re very fortunate to have someone of his stature and respect in this position.”
For Sadek, the vote of confidence from Town Council is a sign they feel Indian Trail is moving in the right direction toward a bright future.
“I am very thankful that our Town Council has shown their faith in me, and their faith in the great work our staff is doing, by naming me town manager,” Sadek said. “I’m excited about the opportunity to continue our efforts toward making Indian Trail the best it can be.”
