Discussion regarding ZM 2018-0034, a proposed zoning map amendment focused on the creation of an auto repair business on Poplin Road, will not take place during the May 15 Planning Board meeting. The requesting party has opted to move forward with the discussion at a later date.
The area in question, northwest of the Bonterra Village Way and Poplin Road intersection, is currently zoned single family, low density residential. The proposed zoning would change that to general business district.
The Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, May 15, at Town Hall.
