A portion of Matthews-Indian Trail Road between the Chestnut Parkway and Indian Trail Road will be closed for roughly three weeks due to work related to the new Town Hall building. The closure is expected to start on Monday, June 26.
Drivers will not be able to reach Indian Trail Road directly from Matthews-Indian Trail Road. Drivers can take the Chestnut Parkway to U.S. 74/Independence Boulevard, or take the Chestnut Parkway to Shady Bluff Drive to reach Indian Trail Road.
Drivers are urged to use caution when driving in this area. A notice will be posted to www.indiantrail.org once the road reopens.
