Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Development

The Town of Indian Trail is preparing the proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Annual Budget, which will take effect July 1, 2026.

Ahead of the Budget Workshops, the Finance Department and Town Manager worked closely with the Town’s departments to prepare proposed budget numbers. During the workshops, staff present the proposed budget numbers to the Town Council and explain any significant changes, requests, or projected needs. The workshops also give the Council Members an opportunity to ask questions, make recommendations, and make requests.

The meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend. All meetings will be at the Indian Trail Town Hall (315 Matthews Indian Trail Road). The meetings are also live-streamed to the Town's YouTube channel and will be posted below and to the Meeting Information Center within 48 hours.
