If you purchased a live Christmas Tree or wreath, Waste Connections will pick it up with other yard waste. Please follow these guidelines:
- Place your live Christmas tree or wreath curbside after Dec. 25 on your regular yard waste day. Your yard waste day is the same as your regular trash day and the opposite week of your recycling pickup. If you are unsure of your yard waste week, look it up on our searchable Recycling/Yard Waste map.
- Trees and wreaths must be free of tinsel, stands, lights, ornaments, and other added materials.
- Only natural trees and wreaths can be recycled (no artificial or flocked trees).
- Place trees and wreaths curbside at least 3 feet from your trash cart.
- Trees must be cut into sections no longer than four feet.
